Weather Capy ("the App") is developed by gguggulab. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Weather Capy does not collect any personally identifiable data. Specifically:

• No personal information is collected (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• No usage analytics or tracking data is collected by us
• No cookies or identifiers are used by us

Location Data

The App requests access to your device's location to provide local weather information. Your location data:

• Is sent only to OpenWeatherMap (our weather data provider) to retrieve forecast data
• Is never stored on our servers
• Is never shared with any other third party
• Can be revoked at any time through your device's Settings

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• OpenWeatherMap — provides weather data. Their privacy policy: openweathermap.org/privacy-policy
• Google AdMob — displays advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. Their privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — collects anonymous crash reports and basic usage statistics to help us improve the App. Their privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Data Storage

Weather cache and app settings (theme, temperature unit) are stored locally on your device. This data is automatically removed when you delete the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
