How do I scan a handwritten signature?
Choose the scan option, confirm that you own or are authorised to use the signature, then take a photo or select one from Photos. Crop it, adjust the cleanup preview, and save the transparent result to your local signature library.
Can I still draw a signature?
Yes. You can draw a signature on screen or scan one from paper. Saved signatures can be named, selected as the default, reused, or deleted.
Can I sign an image as well as a PDF?
Yes. Choose Photos for an image from your photo library or Files for a PDF or image in Files or iCloud Drive. An imported image is converted locally to a one-page PDF before you place the signature.
Where are signatures and signed documents stored?
They are stored locally inside the app on your device. Signed PDFs appear in Documents, where you can preview, share, or delete them. Deleting the app removes its local library and document history.
Are my signatures or documents uploaded?
No. Signature cleanup and PDF or image processing happen on-device, and Signo does not upload the content of your signatures or documents to a developer-operated server. The app includes analytics, crash reporting, and advertising services; see the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I share a result?
After saving, Signo shows the signed PDF first. Tap Share to use the iOS share sheet, or tap Done to return to Documents.
What should I do if a saved document is unavailable?
Open Documents and try the item again. If the underlying local file no longer exists or is damaged, Signo shows an explicit recovery message and lets you remove the unavailable history entry.
